1. General Policy

Most of our products are brand new, sealed in cartons, and delivered in excellent condition. Once a customer confirms that they have received exactly what they ordered, the transaction is considered final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds after delivery confirmation unless in rare cases involving used items.

2. Rare Exceptions (Used Items)

In rare situations where a customer purchases a used item and it is found to be defective, we may consider an exchange. This is subject to:

  • Confirmation that the fault was not caused by misuse

  • Notification within 48 hours of delivery

  • Return of the item in the condition it was delivered

Please note that exchanges for used items are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Product Seal Disclaimer

All new items are delivered in sealed packaging. If a customer breaks the seal, it is taken as confirmation that the product is:

  • Correct

  • Acceptable

  • In good working condition

Once a seal is broken, no exchange, return, or refund will be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a visibly damaged product:

  • Notify us immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours

  • Do not break the seal or power on the item

  • Contact our customer support team for resolution

If confirmed to be our error, we will arrange for a replacement or correction at no extra cost.
