1. Payment on Delivery (POD)

We accept payment on delivery for many of our products, especially within Lagos and in specific nearby locations. However:

  • Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid alongside or before delivery.

  • Customers are expected to inspect their orders before making payment.

  • Once an item is accepted and seals are broken, the sale is considered final.

2. Upfront Payment for Certain Transactions

In some cases, especially for services such as:

  • Repairs

  • Installations

  • Custom orders or specialized equipment

Customers may be required to pay a percentage of the total bill upfront, as stated in the invoice issued for the service.

Additionally, some products may require full payment before dispatch, particularly those sourced on request or of high value. Customers will be notified after placing their order if such a condition applies.

3. Bank Transfer and Cheques

  • Bank transfers are widely accepted and remain one of the most preferred modes of payment.

  • Bank cheques may also be accepted for specific transactions, but only where both parties have agreed in advance.

4. Price Sensitivity to Exchange Rates

Due to the current economic conditions and the fact that many of our items are imported:

  • Prices may fluctuate based on the prevailing USD to Naira exchange rate.

  • Customers are advised to confirm current prices before making any payment or financial commitment.

5. Invoice and Confirmation

Every transaction is documented:

  • An invoice will be generated for all purchases and services.

  • Customers are encouraged to keep their receipts or payment confirmations for future reference or support.
